Together, they bring complementary strengths in client experience, delivery, and operations, shaped by work across global organizations, communications agencies, and small business consulting. Their shared approach blends structure with a people-first mindset, helping business owners strengthen internal systems, improve ways of working, and create the conditions for intentional growth.
Rowena Sara
Managing Partner, Client Services
Rowena has spent nearly 20 years helping teams work better together and businesses run more smoothly. Her career has taken her through global nonprofits, communications agencies, and small business consulting — always with a focus on connecting people, culture, and operations.
She’s known for bringing calm to complex situations, creating clarity when things feel messy, and turning strategy into action. Rowena has led initiatives in people strategy, internal operations, communications, and organizational change, often stepping into high-trust roles where she’s part strategist, part problem-solver, and part steady hand.
Her favorite work has always been supporting small, purpose-driven teams — leaders who are building something meaningful, often with limited resources and wearing too many hats.
That passion inspired her to co-create Ops with Ganas to offer strategic, thoughtful support that helps small business owners strengthen their internal systems, make day-to-day work easier, and turn big goals into achievable plans.
Marco Diaz
Managing Partner, Delivery & Operations
Marco brings extensive experience in delivery management, operations, and program leadership. He’s worked across industries and continents — from managing multi-million-dollar initiatives for Fortune 500 companies to building new delivery frameworks for teams spread across the U.S., Latin America, and the UK.
His strength lies in creating the conditions for teams to succeed. He has led global support organizations, scaled project management offices, and overseen the day-to-day delivery of complex technical and operational programs.
Along the way, he’s built a reputation for keeping workstreams organized, mitigating risks early, and fostering collaboration across time zones and functions.
At Ops with Ganas, Marco serves as a strategic thought partner — shaping the company’s direction and guiding client strategy. He’s especially motivated by the opportunity to work closely with business owners, applying his operational expertise in ways that create immediate, meaningful impact.
